Tina has been facilitating coaching and delivering coach training since she became a qualified coach in 2011. She is also an experienced and qualified tutor and assessor and teaches in the Business School at the University of Middlesex, London.
Tina is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level and works with organisations across a range of areas from Engineering, IT and Software to Local Government and the NHS.
She founded 2J Consulting in 2011, to share her passion for coaching as a leadership development tool. Prior to this she had a successful 20-year career in sales, with roles as varied as Key Account Manager for the Financial Times’ online division and Sales & Operations Director and major shareholder for a building materials supplier.

John Climpson

John first became a coach in 2007 while serving as a Captain within the Army, later progressing to become the award winning head coach of the highly successful Army Athletics team.
He followed his passion into the commercial arena as an executive coach and has since amassed over 3000 hours of individual and team coaching along with coaching training.
Additionally, John works as a visiting lecturer for a number of universities on their leadership and management degree / master’s programmes tying in his passion for leadership development with longer term professional development programmes.
Liz Goddard

Liz has been coaching and facilitating training for many years, as a Senior Manager, Head of Human Resources, Learning and Organisational Development Manager and for her private coaching practice. This is across both the Public, Private and Charity sectors, such as local government, higher education, technology & communication, banking, investment, engineering and for small business owners. Clients include company Directors, Senior Managers, Professionals and Business Owners. She has led on in-house coaching arrangements for several organisations and designed and delivered workshops on coaching related topics.
She is a member of The Association of Coaching and a Chartered Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She has various coaching related qualifications, including the ILM level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certificates in Career Coaching and Team Coaching, ICF Certificate & Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice and the ICF Certificate in Advanced Coaching Practice.

Her established client includes hospitability, retail, service, logistics & manufacturing, as well as public sector district councils, school & colleges.
Practicing a positive, open & growth mindset (alongside self-care), have proved invaluable for Karen. This is also demonstrated in her personal life, in her quest to achieve her fitness & health goals and overcome setbacks. Keith Crampton Chartered MCIPD

Keith has over 30 years experience in organisational and individual learning and development. Having worked at a strategic level in learning and development management for 16 years, Keith moved into learning and organisational development consultancy in 1996. His current work spans from the delivery of stand-alone corporate workshops through to the delivery of major programmes and ILM Leadership and Management courses.
Keith has extensive Local Government knowledge having worked with over 100 Authorities of all types but also with the private and voluntary sectors.
An experienced coach and personal development mentor, having experience working with small groups and individuals Keith initially became involved in coaching in response to requests from clients for whom he was delivering training, when trust and rapport had been created. Clients range from managers seeking help with general development or with specific issues to individuals at all levels seeking help with specific work based issues.
Keith combines a result focused business-like approach to learning with a caring, fun and supportive style. He has an ability to quickly build rapport at all levels and deal with unexpected situations.
Judith Taylor

Judith works as executive/leadership coach and leadership facilitator with NHS healthcare organisations and customer-service focused private sector organisations. Her drive is to support leaders, teams and organisations to achieve their business and personal goals through developing greater insight, personal awareness and skills i.e. for people to be able to work productively and inclusively, and to be the absolute best they can be in delivering services and products!
Her client base spans across management levels and professional groups. Her extensive understanding of the complexities of the NHS enables her to design and develop leadership initiatives that add sustained value to clinical services and service improvements. Her private sector experience includes improving team effectiveness, developing communication systems and creating positive cultural change – all in line with commercial aims and business strategies.
Accredited at Level 7 ILM Executive Coaching/Mentoring, Judith has coached senior leaders for over a decade and holds membership of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She facilitates action learning sets, delivers team coaching, and designs and delivers bespoke senior team development programmes tailored to specific needs and challenges.
Judith sees her work as being a catalyst for sustained change, and her intention is to ensure that a team retains the capacity to review and sustain its effectiveness long after she has gone!
